As Seen On…
Narcissistic Abuse Is INSIDIOUS
I spent years of studies, research, and training in the fields of mental and behavioral health… but never would I have been able to even imagine the sheer magnitude of pain, confusion, loneliness and crazy making experienced under the hands of someone with NPD, without living thorough it myself.
- The narcissistic cycle of abuse is so covert, most survivors report they weren’t aware they were emotionally or psychologically abused… let alone even know what narcissistic abuse was prior to being ripped through the shredder.
- It is not unusual for adult children of narcissists to only learn much later in life, that their lifelong lack of self-esteem, weak boundaries, and persistent sense of anxiety, self-doubt, and distrust are the result of the emotional and psychological mistreatment they’ve endured as children.
- This discovery itself requires proper processing because it comes after living an entire life based on a parent or primary caregiver’s distorted version of their identity and value.
Be forewarned. Emotional and psychological abuse is often invalidated and swept under the rug due to the lack of “physical proof” of abuse. However, there are very serious, life-altering consequences for survivors…
This experience left me mentally and emotionally destroyed, battling complex-PTSD, and fighting thoughts to end my life because the pain and confusion were multiplying at an alarming rate.
They tried to break me, but instead, I broke free and fought to take myself back. I want to help you do the same.
I’m a Life Strategist Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching and Dialectical Behavior Therapy with over 20 years of education, training, and experiences in mental and behavioral health.
I am also a Survivor.
Unfortunately, my years of education and training did not shield or prepare me for my encounters with the narcissists who nearly destroyed me.
But after my last involvement with a narcissistic abuser, I threw all my knowledge, research, and first-hand experiences into my recovery to finally shatter the mask, release the toxic bond, and break free.
Let’s do this together.
